Words can’t describe how happy I am to have found such an amazing dentist/dental office! I recently got a new job and just it just so happened that my office is next door. I had the opportunity of meeting all the wonderful staff at an event we were hosting. Off the bat, they were so friendly and we got to chatting about our line of work. Thank goodness I was standing in front of them in line, because I was just thinking about how I was overdue for a dental cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment super quick and the hygienist was so so sweet and gentle. I usually HATE going to the dentist, but I definitely look forward to my visits with them from now on. It’s definitely a positive and efficient environment which makes it a breeze to go in with a smile, and leave with a brighter smile!

I came here to get a check up and I was extremely happy with the service I received. First off Dawn at the front desk was very nice and helpful on getting me prices for different services. Dr. Benitez was nice and took the time to explain what I needed done to my teeth. I must say I was blown away at the absolute great customer service I received from Susie. I came in 2 different days to get a cleaning and Susie was so AMAZING!! Susie took the time to explain what I needed to do to keep my teeth in tip top shape, she was always making sure I was okay and comfortable. It was very refreshing to have such a nice genuine person to talk to and help me. I definitely think she deserves a raise for how hard she works and her fantastic customer service!! I will be coming back soon and I will recommend this office for dental work!

I continue to be impressed with the services provided by Raymond Benitez D.D.S. I had two root canals yesterday, not once while I was being numbed in preparation for the treatment did I have pain. I am so impressed with his gentleness and concerns for his patients. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, another experience I had yesterday was that he talks you through the procedure and prepared you for the ‘what’s next’. I’m definitely proud to share my dentist with anyone looking or wanting to change!

I went to Kaur Dental Group’s Florin office few days ago, where I had a great experience. I am usually very nervous to go to a dentist office but there staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything in advance. The staff provides the feeling of being in good hands as soon as you walk into the office. I was treated in very timely manner. I will strongly recommend them.
